SCHOOL SAFETY COMMITTEE (POCSO) :- A child abuses monitoring Committee (CAMC) consisting the members is constituted under protection of child from school off Act (POCSO Act) 2012. Student from class III periodically sensitized about- ‘Good Touch & Bad Touch’. In middle school, session on ‘Gender Parity' and understanding ‘Puberty’ are conducted to ensure that student grow up as responsible individuals. Students are made aware of the good and bad behaviors, activities by peers and adult, they are freely asked to contact their Class Teacher and Principal. Also Teaching and Non- Teaching Staff is guided to ensure the safety and security of the students. Installation of camera in every nook and corner has ensured the complete safety against child abuse.
SEXUAL HARASSMENT COMMITTEE :- Sexual Harassment Committee is constituted to ensure healthy and harassment free environment for female staff. This committee looks into the complaints for sexual harassment of women at workplace as per as the guidelines of the government.
DISASTER MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE :- In our attempt to ensure a healthy and comfortable environment in our school campus, school has formed Disaster Management Committee. The teaching and non-teaching staff have been divided into various teams and have been given the basic training to tackle emergency situation. Various teams
are properly working under the supervision of School Principal, safe infrastructure, external and internal security, periodic evacuation drill, workshop and training sessions for the staff and the student are some the regular activities and features. Regular mock-drills are conducted as per norms for unforeseen emergencies. Evacuation plans are displayed in each classroom and student are trained about how to exit and reassemble class- wise in an emergency.
